This is one of the best albums ever. White Honey, Back to School Days, Lady Doctor are classics. His second album I didn’t care for except Back Door Love which was produced by Nick Lowe instead of Mutt Lange. I bet it was left over from the Howlin’ Wind sessions.
It's unclear. Here's what I wrote "They played “White Honey,” “Don’t Ask Me Questions,” “Soul Shoes,” and a new song, “Back Door Love,” produced by Lowe, which appeared on Parker’s second album, Heat Treatment. That sophomore disc was otherwise produced by Robert John Lange and was recorded between tours in about ten days at Rockfield Studios in Wales." My assumption is that they got into the studio to record "Back Door Love" after Howlin' Wind and took into the studio when they made Heat Treatment.
One of my favorites for 50 years
Saw him many times

I don’t know but we’ll see if Jay knows the answer.
